According to the Committee members, 9,1 thousand of the disabled with spinal impairments are currently registered at the social security bodies and are to be provided with the sanatorium-and-spa treatment. According to the Bill (Reg. No.4294), the expenditures for the budget program "Sanatorium-and-Spa Treatment of the Disabled" should be increased by 19 million UAH, which will provide sanatorium-and-spa treatment to extra 1,6 thousand of the disabled with spinal impairments.
Moreover, pursuant to the Bill, a subvention in the amount of 3 million UAH should be allocated from the State Budget to the regional budget of Donetsk region to secure the treatment of the disabled with spinal impairments at Donetsk regional regenerating treatment hospital that renders relevant medical aid to the disabled of all the regions of Ukraine.
